Kan statsråden avklare om nye helikoptrene til Hæren og Forsvarets spesialstyrker skal være på plass i Norge fra 2030, som innebærer at man må inngå kontrakt innen utløpet av inneværende eller neste år 2027, eller at anskaffelsesprosessen skal starte i 2030, med forventet leveranser av nye helikoptre først fra 2034?
