Det landsomfattende tilsynet med barne- og avlastningsboliger i 2022–2023 avdekket omfattende lovbrudd, og både Barneombudet og Norges institusjon for menneskerettigheter har senere uttrykt alvorlig bekymring for barns rettssikkerhet og kvaliteten i tjenestene. Det avdekkes fortsatt alvorlige lovbrudd i nye tilsyn. Jeg tror ingen foreldre i Norge vil tillate at noen bruker KI-briller ved et bleieskift på barnet sitt i barnehagen, allikevel er det ikke forbud mot det nå. Jeg viser til kravet fra barneombudet. Statsråden sier til NRK at han vil se på saken. Det er ikke tilstrekkelig. Vil statsråden, med umiddelbar virkning, sørge for et nasjonalt forbud for bruk av KI-briller i barnehager, skoler, barnevern
